Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account page. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are VAT-inclusive when applicable.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade from Free to Premium or Exclusive anytime. For downgrades, cancel your current subscription and it will automatically revert to Free at the end of the billing period.
What is the MiFID II self-certification required for the Exclusive plan?
It's a regulatory document required by MiFID II directive to access complex financial services. The subscriber declares to meet at least 2 of 3 criteria: portfolio ≥€500,000, significant trading activity (10+ trades per quarter at €50,000+ each), or professional experience in the financial sector (1+ year). The certification is processed immediately and grants instant access.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards that support recurring payments. We do not accept virtual disposable cards or temporary prepaid cards as they cannot process automatic renewals.
Is there a refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you'll retain access until the end of your paid period.
