Quick observations on the charts that caught our attention this week.

This week’s flash covers Brent, EUROSTOXX50, DAX, Nikkei 225 and Bitcoin.

Brent (+2.16%) recovers from MA20W but is rejected by MA5W and MA10W: dominant upper shadow, system flat. EUROSTOXX50 (+0.19%) and DAX (-1.38%) close with lower highs and lower lows: the DAX closes at weekly lows with lower relative strength, both systems maintain Short. Nikkei 225 (+0.39%) sets new all-time records on both high and close with MA200W overextension at a record 71.25%: system re-enters Short. Bitcoin returns to the radar with a 25% weekly range and volatility at 44.72%: January low breached intraweek and recovered, system flat.

After nine consecutive weeks of advancing closes and weekly range compressed to the year’s lows, this week the picture changes sharply.

The week reaches a new all-time intraweek high at 7,620.90. The rejection is immediate and decisive: the close at 7,383.74 falls below the open and below the previous week’s close, ending the streak of 9 consecutive weeks with a positive body. Bears step in with force.

Il mio indicatore proprietario DBBT identifica disallineamenti tra prezzo corrente e livello tecnico atteso sui principali indici.

Ogni settimana, il FTSE MIB è nel nostro mirino.

La caccia è aperta.

Seconda settimana consecutiva di incertezza sui massimi. Il FTSE MIB chiude a 49.893,05, con massimo e minimo ancora crescenti rispetto alla settimana precedente, ma con una close negativa sia sulla chiusura precedente di 49.896,82 sia sull’apertura settimanale di 50.251,21.

Il quadro tecnico non si risolve. Le medie mobili restano allineate e inclinate positivamente, ma la capacità del mercato di produrre rialzo reale continua a ridursi. Lo scenario tracciato la settimana scorsa, con la posizione short attiva e la convergenza tecnica orientata verso un ritracciamento, non ha trovato conferma nel prezzo, ma nemmeno smentita nei numeri.
